All personal data you provide to the joint controllers will be processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (“Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Personal Data (“GDPR”).
### 1. Consent for Internal Database Purposes
As joint controllers, we are interested in processing your personal data as provided in the completed personal questionnaire:
Name, surname, title, permanent address, mailing address, date of birth, ID number, phone number, email address, education, skills and qualifications, work experience in the field, all data and other records stated in the official education document, business information, driving license and other vehicle, machinery, and equipment operation authorizations, ability to use a personal car, references about you, information on your German tax number, your contact source with us, notes from personal interviews, data stated in the CV and language skills, date of withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data,
for the purpose of maintaining an internal contact database, so that we can contact you in the future and offer you the possibility of concluding a contract for work with our contractual partners in Germany or another EU country if you are deemed a suitable candidate. We need your consent to process your personal data for this purpose, which is the legal basis for processing your personal data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You provide your explicit voluntary consent without reservations by ticking the box below.
You give us your consent for a period of two years. After this period, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with applicable law. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing to the address of Controller 1 or any of the above joint controllers or by email at kontakt@jurling.com. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the day of delivery.
### 2. Consent for Marketing Purposes (Website)
As joint controllers, we are interested in processing your personal data in the scope of your photograph for marketing purposes – placing your photograph on the website. We need your consent to process your personal data for this purpose, which is the legal basis for processing your personal data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If you agree to the processing of your personal data for this purpose, please provide your consent.
You provide your explicit voluntary consent without reservations by ticking the box below. You give us your consent for a period of one year. After this period, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with applicable law.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing to the address of Controller 1 or any of the above joint controllers or by email at kontakt@jurling.com. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the day of delivery.
