Order placement

Installation is carried out by independent service providers. The fitters are self-employed subcontractors with a valid trade license. You can view all important information via the qualification profiles before the start of the assignment.

Installation is carried out professionally and competently both in the building services sector (new build or renovation) and in the industrial sector.

The assignment is usually carried out in teams, in exceptional cases only one man can be booked.

The installations are carried out nationwide.

Assembly execution

The journey is made with the customer’s own vehicle after consultation.

The rotation frequency is usually 3 weeks on site and 1 week off. Planning is always carried out on time so that continuous execution is guaranteed. Exceptionally, the planning can be adjusted in the event of important circumstances.

The specialists work independently under the supervision of the responsible project manager. The meeting point and the deployment option are agreed together in advance, as are other relevant details about the project or the course of the project (special tools, protective equipment, etc.).

The fitters are self-employed tradesmen with their own tools and cars.

No. We understand that in the construction industry, unforeseen events can often occur that affect the planned project schedule, and only confirmed and verified weekly reports will be invoiced, so please inform our Jurling support team immediately of any delays or other important circumstances.

About fitters

Yes, the specialists usually travel in teams of two. At least one fitter in each installation team speaks German, so that the fitters can communicate well on the construction site.

The craftsmen are insured as self-employed tradesmen in their country of residence.

If damage occurs during installation, the installers are covered by liability insurance. It is imperative that all damage is extensively documented and that Jurling Support is notified immediately.

Billing

The services provided are invoiced on a weekly basis. An audited and approved weekly report is used for this purpose.

The reverse charge procedure is applied, i.e. the recipient of the service is liable for VAT. The invoice is issued without VAT.

A valid exemption certificate in accordance with § 48b EstG is a matter of course.

All costs are included in the confirmed hourly rate for fitters. The specialists have their own car and accommodation is organized and paid for by Jurling. In this respect, the agreed prices do not change.
