2. Purpose of Data Processing

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, the amount of data transmitted, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. These access data are evaluated exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offer. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer as part of a balancing of interests. Your contact data will be used for communication purposes and thereby to execute the contract when using the chat function. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after your site visit.

As part of a processing operation on our behalf, a third-party provider provides hosting and website presentation services for us. All data collected as described below when using this website or in the forms provided in the online shop will be processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope explained here. This service provider is based within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

The personal data you provide in your inquiry will be used by us to process your request.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Data processing is carried out to provide our internet service and to process your request in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The sending of advertising emails is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data will be shared with our service providers to perform our services, who provide us with data transmission programs. The data is shared exclusively within the European Union.

We cooperate with Jurling HSE s.r.o. and Jurling Elektromontage s.r.o. to fulfill our services. The postal address is as indicated above. Your inquiries, including the necessary personal data, will be forwarded to them for processing.

There, the data is processed for the same purposes as specified above under 2.

5. Data Storage

Your usage data collected during the visit to the website is stored for a maximum of seven days after the visit. Your inquiry data is stored for three years after the completion of the order.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to free information about the data stored by us about your person and, if applicable, a right to correction, restriction of processing, data portability, or deletion of this data. You can revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected. 9. Hotjar

11. Facebook Pixel

We use the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) for conversion measurement.

When you click on an ad, the user behavior is tracked, allowing us to evaluate the effectiveness of ads on Facebook for statistical purposes.

The collected data is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, and we cannot draw any conclusions about the users’ identity. However, Facebook stores and processes the data so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s data usage policy. This allows Facebook to place ads on Facebook pages as well as outside of Facebook. We, as the site operator, cannot influence this use of the data.

All personal data you provide to the joint controllers will be processed in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (“Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Personal Data (“GDPR”).

### 1. Consent for Internal Database Purposes

As joint controllers, we are interested in processing your personal data as provided in the completed personal questionnaire:

Name, surname, title, permanent address, mailing address, date of birth, ID number, phone number, email address, education, skills and qualifications, work experience in the field, all data and other records stated in the official education document, business information, driving license and other vehicle, machinery, and equipment operation authorizations, ability to use a personal car, references about you, information on your German tax number, your contact source with us, notes from personal interviews, data stated in the CV and language skills, date of withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data,

for the purpose of maintaining an internal contact database, so that we can contact you in the future and offer you the possibility of concluding a contract for work with our contractual partners in Germany or another EU country if you are deemed a suitable candidate. We need your consent to process your personal data for this purpose, which is the legal basis for processing your personal data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
